Government, after careful examination of the matter and in terms of the orders issued in the G.O’s 1st to 4th read above, as a Nodal Agency, hereby allot Sri B.Prithvi Raj, S/o. Late A.Nagamani, Warehousemanto the Office of the Commissioner of Scheduled Caste Development Department, Hyderabad,Telangana, to consider his case as Junior Assistant on conditional basis in the existing vacancy, against RP11 (OC) on compassionate grounds as per Rules, subject to the following conditions. (i) That he should acquire Degree qualification of any recognized University, within five (5) years from the date of joining as Junior Assistant; (ii) If, he fails to acquire the requisite qualification within the prescribed period he will be reverted to lower post as if he is a fresh candidate. If he is not willing to take the lower post he is liable to be discharged from the service in terms of G.O.Ms.No.969, G.A.(Ser.A) Department, dt:27.10.1995. (iii) His service in the category of Junior Assistant shall be considered for placing on probation as and when he acquires the Degree qualification as stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.612, G.A.(Ser.A) Dept., dt.30.10.1991 and G.O.Ms.No.577, G.A.(Ser.A) Dept., dt.29.10.1993 and subject to verification of antecedents.
