LANDS - The Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 Amendment to sub-rule (3) of rule 6 - Notification - Orders - Issued.

The Government of Telangana, vide G.O.Ms.No. 77, Revenue (Land Administration.I) Department, dated 18.03.2026, has issued orders regarding the regularization of Form-X claims under the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025. The Government has permitted processing of applications related to unregistered land transactions (Sada Bainama) for eligible cases. This decision aims to streamline and simplify the procedure for regularization of such claims. The order particularly focuses on extending benefits to small and marginal farmers holding land up to Ac. 5.00 guntas. It also addresses inconsistencies in earlier procedures and provides clarity in implementation. Previous Government Orders on the subject shall remain applicable only to the extent they are consistent with the new Bhu Bharati Act and Rules, 2025. Certain provisions relating to exemptions conflicting with the new rules are discontinued. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration is empowered to issue detailed operational guidelines. District Collectors are instructed to process the applications in a uniform and systematic manner. Necessary action is to be taken by all concerned authorities accordingly
