The Government of Telangana, through G.O.Ms.No. 77, Revenue (Land Administration.I) Department, dated 18.03.2026, has issued orders to streamline the process of regularization of Form-X claims (unregistered transactions/Sada Bainama lands) under the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025. The Government has permitted the processing of Form-X claims of small and marginal farmers (up to Ac. 5.00 guntas) to regularize unregistered transactions, in order to remove inconsistencies in earlier procedures. The order also clarifies that previous Government Orders related to regularization shall remain applicable only to the extent they are consistent with the new Bhu Bharati Act and Rules, 2025. Further, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration is authorized to issue operational guidelines to District Collectors for uniform and time-bound processing of such applications across the State. Necessary action is to be taken by the concerned authorities accordingly.
