In the interest of administration, the Government of Telangana has issued orders promoting certain Deputy Collectors to the cadre of Special Grade Deputy Collectors on an ad-hoc basis under Rule 10(a) of the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, in relaxation of the relevant rules. Accordingly, officers including Smt. R.D. Madhuri, Sri B. Rohith Singh, Smt. A. Padmasree, Sri Gugulothu Lingya Naik, Sri Mohammed Asadullah, Sri K.V.V. Ravi Kumar, Smt. D. Rajya Lakshmi, Smt. Kanakam Swarnalatha, Sri G. Venkateshwarlu, Sri V. Bhujanga Rao, Sri D. Venkata Madhava Rao, Sri M. Venkat Bhoopal Reddy, Sri Cheerla Srinivasulu, Sri S. Thirupathi Rao, Sri Chimalapati Mahender Ji, Sri K. Gangadhar, Sri Basutkar Kishan Rao, Sri Salver Suraj Kumar, Sri E. Venkatachary, Sri V. Victor, Sri L. Kishore Kumar, Sri P. Ashok Kumar, Smt. M. Vijaya Lakshmi, Sri J. Srinivas, Sri D. Vijender Reddy, Smt. K. Shyamala Devi, Sri K. Veera Brahmachary, Smt. JLB Haripriya, Sri K. Lakshmi Kiran, Sri D. Venu, and Smt. T.L. Sangeetha have been promoted as Special Grade Deputy Collectors in Category-I of the Telangana Civil Service (Executive Branch). These promotions are purely temporary and subject to the outcome of pending court cases and other conditions specified in the orders, and the officers shall continue in their present places of posting until further orders
