ASSIGNMENT – Land – Revised assignment policy – instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No. 1406, Revenue, dated 25.7.1958 – Amendments issued.

The following notification will be published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette:--- NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 172 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 F (Act. VIII of 1317 F), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the rules issued with G.O.Ms.No. 1406, Revenue, dated 25.7.1958 and published pages 771-772 of Part II of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 31st July, 1958. AMENDMENT (I) In rule I oof the said rules, in item (iii), after the words “he may have to its assignment”; the words “demarcated or undemarcated forest areas “shall be added; (2) after item (XV), the following item shall be inserted namely:---- “XVI. All lands under the control of the Forest Department.”
